One of the most important decisions for your son or daughter will be their choice of off-campus housing. Sterling is locally owned, locally managed, and operated as though our own children live here.   • Unique Individual Privacy

    All units at Sterling are 2-bedrooms, 2-baths. But that’s where the ordinary ends. Our unique floor plans provide privacy unavailable elsewhere. Each private bed/bath area is a locked-off suite accessed without the need to pass through the living and kitchen area.

  • Affordable Shared Bedroom

    Sterling provides a shared-room option similar to the dorms but unheard of off-campus. These 20-foot long bedrooms have space in each half for a double bed, desk, and closet. Separate entries means roommates needn’t walk past someone else’s personal space to get to their own.

  • Roommate Matching

    Sterling has spent several years perfecting a roommate matching strategy to keep our tenants comfortable, safe, and happy. If your child does not have a chosen roommate, we will provide free roommate matching based upon personal interests, study habits and more.

  • Individual Liability Leases

    You will only be responsible for your student’s rent. Whether the roommate is a best friend that signed the lease at the same time, or someone we matched, you will not be responsible for someone else’s payment of rent.

  • Secured Building

    Access to our property at all hours requires key fob access provided only to the residents. There is a also closed circuit security camera system throughout the interior common areas. In addition, we use the services of a 24/7 courtesy patrol to monitor the property at all hours.

  • Proximity to CU Campus

    We are only two blocks to campus, straight west on Aurora Avenue, and then through the pedestrian underpass at 28th Street. We also provide ample interior and exterior bicycle parking for those students who choose to bike instead of walking.
